Baseline organizes Apple Health information and generates estimates about recovery, strain, stress, sleep, energy, health trends, and coaching. Baseline is provided for informational and general wellness purposes only.

2. Not medical advice

Baseline is not a medical device and does not diagnose, prevent, monitor, predict, prognose, treat, or alleviate disease. Scores and coaching are estimates that can be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not delay or replace professional care based on Baseline. Seek qualified medical help for health concerns and use local emergency services in an emergency.

3. Eligibility and responsible use

You must be legally able to accept these terms. You are responsible for your iPhone, Apple Account, Health data permissions, and decisions made using the app. Do not misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to Baseline except where applicable law permits.

4. Baseline Free

This version includes core wellness scores and standard on-device features without payment. Premium is not offered for purchase in this release.

5. Optional waitlist

Baseline Free does not require a subscription. Premium is not available in this version. You can request one launch announcement by emailing clearframecreatorstudio@proton.me with the subject “Baseline Premium waitlist” and a message asking to join.

Sending that request opts your sender email address into this waitlist only. Clearframe Creator Studio receives your address and message through Proton Mail. Do not include health information. Ask for removal at the same address at any time. We delete waitlist entries after the announcement or if the launch is canceled. Joining is not a purchase or a promise of a launch date.

6. Future features

Features discussed for a future Premium release are not available or guaranteed by joining the waitlist. Any future purchase will require a separate decision and applicable purchase terms.

7. Availability and changes

Baseline depends on compatible Apple hardware, iOS, HealthKit, source-app data quality and app distribution services. Features may change or be discontinued subject to applicable law.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baseline is provided "as is" and without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

9. Intellectual property

Baseline's software, visual design, branding, copy, and original analysis methods are owned by the developer or licensed to the developer. Apple Health and Apple Watch are trademarks of Apple Inc.

10. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as Baseline evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date. Questions can be sent through the Baseline Support page.
