1. Scope

Clearframe Creator Studio provides Baseline. This policy explains how the Baseline iPhone application ("Baseline," "we," or "the app") handles information. Baseline currently works without a Baseline account and performs its standard health analysis on your device.

2. Apple Health information

With your permission, Baseline may read categories such as heart rate, resting heart rate, heart-rate variability, activity, workouts, sleep, respiratory rate, blood oxygen, wrist temperature, cardio fitness, height, weight, body composition, and related measurements available in Apple Health.

• You choose which categories to authorize in Apple Health.
• Baseline does not write health or fitness data to Apple Health.
• Baseline does not use HealthKit information for advertising, marketing, data brokerage, or credit decisions.
• Neither raw HealthKit samples nor derived health summaries are sent to our servers in this release.

3. Information stored on your device

Your onboarding profile, selected goals, locally calculated snapshots, journal entries, and any legacy chat history or plans from earlier test versions are stored in the app's local storage on your iPhone. They are used to personalize wellness insights and coaching. Deleting Baseline removes this app-local information, subject to normal iPhone backup behavior. Deleting Baseline does not delete information from Apple Health.

4. Optional email waitlist

Baseline Free does not require a subscription. Premium is not available in this version. You can request one launch announcement by emailing clearframecreatorstudio@proton.me with the subject “Baseline Premium waitlist” and a message asking to join.

Sending that request opts your sender email address into this waitlist only. Clearframe Creator Studio receives your address and message through Proton Mail. Do not include health information. Ask for removal at the same address at any time. We delete waitlist entries after the announcement or if the launch is canceled. Joining is not a purchase or a promise of a launch date.

5. Free release

This version has no in-app purchases, subscription checkout or payment collection. A future Premium release will have updated disclosures before any new processing or purchase begins.

6. Notifications and network access

If enabled, workout reminders are scheduled using on-device information. Apple and Expo infrastructure may be contacted for app distribution and updates. These requests do not include health information. Choosing Join by email opens your email application; only sending the message transmits your sender address and message to the studio.

7. Sale, sharing, and tracking

Baseline does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or track you across other companies' apps and websites. Baseline does not include third-party advertising.

8. Your choices

Review or revoke Health access in Apple Health or Settings. Disable notifications in iPhone Settings, delete journal entries in Baseline, or remove app-local data by deleting the app, subject to normal iPhone backup behavior. To leave the waitlist, email the studio and request removal.

9. Children

Baseline is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly operate an account service or collect children's personal information on our servers.

10. Security and changes

Keep your iPhone protected and updated. On-device processing reduces exposure but cannot eliminate all security risks. This policy and App Store disclosures will be updated before introducing accounts, cloud health processing, analytics or other new data collection.

11. Website and support

This static website has no health-data input, advertising scripts or analytics scripts. Cloudflare hosts the public pages and processes connection information, such as IP addresses and request metadata, to deliver and protect the website. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. If you email support, Clearframe Creator Studio receives your email address and message through Proton Mail. These messages are used to handle your request. Send only the technical details needed for support, and contact us to request deletion of support correspondence, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.
