Quick answers
Health data is missing
Open the Health app, tap your profile picture, then Apps and Services → Baseline. Enable the categories you want to share. Reopen Baseline to refresh.
Sleep looks incorrect
Baseline prioritizes a single non-Apple sleep source when overlapping records exist, then uses the consolidated sleep window. Check the source app’s permissions and its data inside Apple Health.
Join the waitlist
Open You → Premium waitlist, choose the email consent checkbox, then Join by email. Send the prepared message to complete your request.
Leave the waitlist
Email the studio and request removal. The free release has no subscription to cancel.
Health access
Baseline can only read categories you authorize. Apple does not tell apps whether a specific category was denied, so a dash can mean there is no recent sample, the category is off, or the source device has not synced yet.
Wellness, not medical care
Recovery, strain, stress, sleep, Energy Bank, Baseline Age, and coaching are general wellness estimates. They are not diagnoses, medical measurements, treatment recommendations, or emergency services. If you have symptoms or a health concern, contact a qualified clinician; in an emergency, call local emergency services.
Premium waitlist
Baseline Free does not require a subscription. Premium is not available in this version. You can request one launch announcement by emailing clearframecreatorstudio@proton.me with the subject “Baseline Premium waitlist” and a message asking to join.
Sending that request opts your sender email address into this waitlist only. Clearframe Creator Studio receives your address and message through Proton Mail. Do not include health information. Ask for removal at the same address at any time. We delete waitlist entries after the announcement or if the launch is canceled. Joining is not a purchase or a promise of a launch date.
